Elevate package

The focus of this rental home makeover was on adding furniture and homely touches to ‘Elevate’ the space. The client, who had recently moved from the UK, wanted versatile pieces that would suit the family's modern farmhouse style and adapt to any future home they might buy. We selected artwork to match the scale of the walls and added key pieces of furniture to bring warmth and personality to the space.

To make the home feel more welcoming, we added a rug, a console table and a vase of fresh foliage in the entrance hall. In the dining room, Malawi chairs added texture and a vintage sideboard, which we painted black, created a striking focal point. An oversized piece of art and rug tied it all together, completing the modern farmhouse aesthetic and warming the space.

To make the bedroom feel more cosy, we added a custom slipcovered headboard, a woven bench, art and a comfortable armchair for relaxation. In the lounge, we introduced a coffee table and a long sideboard; placing the sideboard behind the sofa allowed us to pull the sofa forward, making the large room feel more intimate and inviting.
