Reimagine package

Our repeat clients wanted to enhance three patios to create distinct yet cohesive outdoor spaces. The brief was 'coastal Mediterranean with a touch of Africa'. Outside the office, we carefully restored a set of retro garden furniture and gave it a fresh coat of sky-blue paint with some bespoke bold striped outdoor cushions.

For the main patio, we introduced a dining area with a wire trellis system behind the table to support climbing bougainvillea that will gradually extend to the pergola and provide shade and beautiful cerise pink flowers .

The large potted plants provide instant greenery to soften the white walls. Whilst string lights and a fire pit that doubles as a coffee table, make this the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.

In the braai area, we added a long shelf made from a scaffolding plank to hold terracotta pots and urns filled with succulents for a Mediterranean feel.

Oversized woven pendants and Malawi chairs with printed scatter cushions add an African element and to complete the look, we incorporated a white Mediterranean-style pizza oven to contrast with the dark braai area.
