Refresh package

This project was a quick 'Refresh' on a very tight budget to get the house ready for market after four years of letting. We spent a day thoroughly cleaning and styling the space, using the client's existing furniture and decor.

To enhance the appeal of the home, we added plants, flowers, some fresh foliage and a few affordable styling items to brighten up the rooms and create a welcoming atmosphere.

The client was delighted that the house received multiple offers and sold for the full asking price within a week of being listed. This project demonstrates the power of investing in professional staging, even on a tight budget, and how small changes can have a big impact in attracting buyers.
