Elevate package

This apartment makeover was part of our ‘Elevate’ package for a client who splits her time between London and Cape Town and wanted a welcoming base that could also function as an Airbnb. With a moderate budget, we focused on updating the space, knowing that a full renovation of the bathroom, balcony and kitchen would come later.

We painted the walls, chose new furniture and updated the kitchen and bathroom counters for a more modern look. A new vanity and sink were added for extra storage in the bathroom. The kitchen cupboards were painted a vibrant green to add some character.

Finally, we installed new window dressings and reeded film to balance privacy and light while keeping the style of the mid-century apartment. These simple but effective changes made the apartment feel more like home, while also making it attractive to Airbnb guests.
